At Harris Tweed Hebrides we are delighted that professional HR skills of the highest calibre are available locally, and Claire supports us in all our personnel requirements, looking after the needs of over 60 employees, with Contracts of Employment, Staff Handbook and related matters, and assistance with recruitment procedures. We have found Claire to be professional, responsive to our needs, practical in outlook, and very easy to work with. We used Claire to facilitate one of our events bringing together young business people, experienced entrepreneurs and supporters from a wide range of backgrounds. HS2 Compliance has been assisting our small but complex community organisation to ensure we have sound, fit for purpose and up-to-date contracts, policies, procedures, job descriptions and other documentation in place.
